 7.1 Restricted Use – Defense and Weapons Industry

AgnosPCB systems, software, and services are strictly intended for civilian and industrial applications related to electronics inspection and quality control.

Under no circumstances may AgnosPCB systems be used, directly or indirectly, for the inspection, analysis, development, manufacturing, validation, or quality assurance of electronic components or assemblies intended for military, defense, or weapons-related applications of any kind.

This restriction includes dual-use scenarios where the end application may reasonably be linked to defense or military purposes.

Additionally, the sale, resale, rental, leasing, sublicensing, transfer, or any form of provision of AgnosPCB systems to any entity whose primary or significant activity involves the design, production, distribution, or commercialization of weapons, military systems, or defense equipment is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from AgnosPCB.

AgnosPCB reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, terminate agreements, or take legal action in the event of non-compliance.

 8. Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 9. Refund and Return Policy

9.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

 9.2 Effects of Withdrawal

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods or proof of return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Certain legal exceptions may apply.

 10. Idea Submission

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, any ideas or materials submitted grant AgnosPCB a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them.

 11. Termination

AgnosPCB offers optional service plans:

Extended Warranty: Hardware coverage and priority support

Neural Network Updates: Continuous AI model improvements

Software Updates: Feature releases, bug fixes, and security updates

These services are optional and subject to pricing published on the official website.

Neural Network Updates are only available for offline systems.

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information.

 15. Export Control and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations of Spain and the European Union.

You may not use, export, or transfer AgnosPCB systems in violation of such laws, including restrictions related to dual-use technologies.

 16. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations without prior written consent.

 17. Breach

We may take appropriate action in case of breach, including suspension or legal action.

 18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AgnosPCB against claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
