These General Terms of Use and Sales Conditions regulate the use of the website agnospcb.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), owned by AGNOSPCB SL (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”), with CIF B16963977 and registered office at Avenida de los Menceyes 184 38320, Spain.
Through its website agnospcb.com, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, individuals who wish to benefit from its services must hold the status of “Customer,” which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps communicated by THE COMPANY via email. Being a Customer implies adherence to the Terms of Use published at the time the Website is accessed.
In any case, there are sections of the Website accessible to individuals or companies who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). In this sense, Users accessing these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms, as far as applicable to them.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on the information provided by the suppliers. However, the information provided about each product, as well as the related photographs or videos, and the trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind on THE COMPANY’s website, are presented on agnospcb.com as indicative only.
The product images are not contractual, and the requested product may not include everything shown in the photograph or be used as depicted. Additional products or accessories may also be shown, which can be used with the requested product but are not included. What is stated in the product description will always prevail.
PRICES
All prices of the products listed on the website include VAT, applicable taxes, and other fees. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.
AVAILABILITY
THE COMPANY informs the Customer that the number of available units is updated with the stock in the warehouse and the availability by our suppliers. In no case will THE COMPANY intentionally offer more units than are available or have been reserved by the supplier.
THE COMPANY will do everything possible to satisfy all its Customers regarding product demand. However, on occasions, due to factors beyond THE COMPANY’s control, such as human errors or issues with computer systems, the quantity finally provided by the supplier may differ from the order placed by THE COMPANY to meet Customers’ requests.
If the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the cancellation, in whole or in part. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the Customer to cancel the entire order. If the Customer wishes to return the delivered product as a result of this cancellation, they must follow the guidelines set out in the Return section.
PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay when placing the order. In addition to the initial price displayed on the Website for each product offered, the relevant shipping fees will be added. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the Customer before completing the purchase.
The purchase receipt corresponding to the order will sent via email to the customer.
The Customer must pay the amount of the order using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, or other similar cards), bank transfer, or direct deposit into an account with BBVA or WISE Bank. Payments with a card are processed through Redsys, using its security protocols.
The Customer must notify THE COMPANY of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases via email as soon as possible to allow THE COMPANY to take the necessary steps.
SECURITY
THE COMPANY uses the highest commercially available security measures in the industry. Additionally, the payment process operates on a secure server using the SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection such that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it is only intelligible to the Customer’s computer and the Website’s server. Therefore, using the SSL protocol guarantees:
- That the Customer is communicating their data to THE COMPANY’s server and not to any other party attempting to impersonate it.
- That between the Customer and THE COMPANY’s server, the data is transmitted encrypted, preventing its possible reading or manipulation by third parties.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
THE COMPANY will accept order cancellations if requested by the Customer before the order is shipped. To cancel, the Customer must use the “contact” form.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request was made before shipping.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
THE COMPANY reserves the right to cancel accounts and orders (including those marked as shipped, where technically feasible) placed by the same customer to circumvent restrictions that certain products may have.
This can include accounts created by different individuals but that clearly place orders on behalf of another customer.
Furthermore, THE COMPANY reserves the right to close an account if the customer opens a dispute on PayPal, regardless of the reasons, if mediation has not been attempted through Customer Service first.
