Created to simplify and speed up the process of checking the integrity of electronic panels and/or circuits. All you have to do is press a button. No need to pre-programming the system. With a single click, the platform will search for possible errors in a matter of seconds.
The unit has been pre-assembled to make the installation process much simpler. It is just plug&play. This KIT comes with 200 inspection credits with no expiry date.
An inspection will take (depending on the size of the PCBA to be inspected), from 5 (10x15cm PCBAs) to 22 seconds (for very large PCBAs of up to 40x50cm).
This ONLINE AOI system requires internet to work and a monthly subscription to AgnosPCB services. No long term contract needed. You can cancel/resume the subscription anytime. The system is continuosly updated with the lastest neural network architecture as long as you are subscribed to the AgnosPCB service.
This platform allows remote access to the inspections conducted by the AOI operator from any internet-connected device through the REMOTE MONITOR tool.
